這個專業的英文名稱是Master of Science In Project Management（MSPM），旨在為專業人士提供完成大型複雜項目所需的管理技巧和方法。此外，其就業範圍十分廣泛，包括項目整體管理、項目時間管理、項目成本管理、項目質量管理和項目風險管理等領域。目前，新加坡的兩所院校，即新加坡國立大學和南洋理工大學，開始開設項目管理碩士課程。接下來，我們將具體了解它們的項目介紹和申請要求。

新加坡國立大學

MSc (Project Management)

一、項目簡介

新加坡國立大學項目管理碩士課程成立於1986年，是世界上歷史最悠久的項目管理項目之一。該課程的目標是為專業人士提供成功完成不同行業複雜項目所需的全面管理技能和技術。海外學員在該課程中佔據着重要地位，並且多樣化的專業知識組合為研究生階段的有意義交流和互動提供了機會。

二、課程結構

該項目提供給學生兩個不同的方向可供選擇：

Normal track（3 basic modules + any 4 PM modules + 3 UE modules）

New content:
Standard track (3 foundational modules + 4 PM modules of your choice + 3 UE modules)

專業化路徑（3個基本模塊 + 任意5個專業認證模塊 + 2個選修模塊）

三、申請要求

需要至少取得相關學科的榮譽學士學位。

需要擁有學士學位，並且具備至少8年的相關工作經驗。

This course aims to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively lead and execute successful projects in various industries.

MA6082 Management of Project Plan, Schedule and Resources

Project budgeting and cost management are crucial aspects of successful project management. A carefully planned budget ensures that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, cost management involves monitoring and controlling project expenses to prevent budget overruns. These practices are essential for ensuring that the project is completed within the specified financial constraints.

The course MA6084 focuses on the principles of procurement and contract management within project environments. Students will acquire the essential knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage the procurement process in projects, as well as develop an understanding of contract management strategies. Topics covered in the course include procurement planning, solicitation, source selection, contract administration, and contract closeout. This course equips students with the necessary tools to successfully navigate the complexities of procurement and contract management within project settings.

The course MA6085 focuses on the significance of organizational culture and leadership in the context of project management.

Introduction to Systems Engineering

MA6086 introduces students to the fundamentals of systems engineering. This course provides an overview of the principles, processes, and methods used in the field of systems engineering. Topics covered include system design, analysis, optimization, and project management. Students will also learn about the integration of various engineering disciplines, as well as the importance of communication and collaboration in complex engineering projects. By the end of the course, students will have a solid understanding of systems engineering principles and be well-prepared to apply them in practice.

Project Strategy, Risk, and Quality Management MA6087

The MA6088 Research Project Management focuses on equipping students with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage research projects. It covers topics such as project planning, team management, resource allocation, risk assessment, and reporting. This module is designed to provide students with the tools and techniques needed to successfully plan, execute, and control research projects within various organizational settings.

The course MA6702 focuses on Corporate Resource Planning.

The course MA6703 covers the analysis and design of supply chains.

The course code MA6704 refers to the management of logistics functions.

The course MA6716 focuses on the management of manufacturing and service operations.

MA6741 Quality Engineering

The course “MA6504 Management of Global Manufacturing” focuses on the strategies and techniques involved in managing manufacturing operations within a global context. Topics covered may include supply chain management, quality control, global sourcing, and operational efficiency. Students will gain an understanding of the challenges and opportunities present in managing global manufacturing, and develop the skills necessary to address them effectively.

目前正在從事項目管理相關工作的候選人；

具備豐富項目管理工作經驗的候選人；

候選人必須具備公認大學相關學科的學士學位或國際同等學歷。

僱主推薦的候選人擁有明顯的優勢。

雅思總分要求6.5。
